Located on an extremely tight form centre site, the design makes ultimate use of the very limited footprint to provide maximum office space and car parking. It fits in well with the Victorian street scene.

 

This project, won in competition, involved the fitting out of 24,000 sq.ft of office and sales space for a computer company. It was completed in less than five months.
