Completed in August 2002, the new Hillcroft boarding house replaces the last of the school's off-site boarding accommodation and sets a new standard of comfort and space. The bedrooms have vanity units and share generous bath and shower room facilities. There is a three bedroom house for the housemistress, a two bedroom flat for her assistent and an extensive suite of common rooms, kitchens and other service areas.

Designed to blend with the school's existing range of buildings, and with a virtually maintenance free exterior, the house forms the second side of a new landscaped courtyard which is further enclosed by a dramatic 'garden' wall hiding a new maintenance facility beyond.
